Hi, I’m Eva

I am 44 years old, a wife and mom of 3. I love staying active, exercising and being outside, specifically the beach! For years, working out was never the problem. It was my diet! I never paid attention to my nutrition and had zero desire to change my eating habits.

Sayings like “80% is nutrition” or “abs are made in the kitchen,” would drive me nuts. Why couldn’t I just eat whatever I wanted??

But after years of consistently working out, I looked in the mirror and was completely frustrated that my body felt strong but physically looked exactly the same. If I was ever going to see physical changes in my body, I had to get a better understanding of my nutrition.

In May 2018, at the age of 37, I began a journey of learning (and unlearning) everything I knew about nutrition. I lost 20 lbs eating the foods I love but did it in a balanced and sustainable way.

And now I help other women find that balance too. I am certified with Precision Nutrition, as well as Macro Nutrition Certified through NASM.
