Clients get access to all group coaching programs at no additional cost, as well as monthly training calls for an extra layer of support & guidance. I’m a wife and mom of 3 in her mid 40’s. I love staying active, exercising and being outside, specifically the beach!
For years, working out was never the problem. It was my diet! I never paid attention to my nutrition and had zero desire to change my eating habits. Sayings like “80% is nutrition” or “abs are made in the kitchen,” would drive me nuts. Why couldn’t I just eat whatever I wanted??
But after years of consistently working out, I looked in the mirror and was completely frustrated that my body felt strong but physically looked exactly the same. If I was ever going to see physical changes in my body, I had to get a better understanding of my nutrition.
In May 2018, at the age of 37, I began a journey of learning (and unlearning) everything I knew about nutrition. Once I embraced flexible dieting, i.e. tracking macros, and learned how to eat in a balanced, non-restrictive way, I was able to finally get (and keep) the results I had been dreaming of for years.
And now I help other women find that balance too. I am certified with Precision Nutrition, as well as Macro Nutrition Certified through NASM.
I feel better in my 40’s then I ever did in my 20’s.
